## What a human must do first
1. Visit binance.com and register with email
2. Submit government ID photo
3. Complete facial recognition scan
4. Wait for KYC approval (minutes to hours)
5. Account → API Management → Create New API Key
6. Set IP restriction, enable Spot + Futures trading
7. Save API Key and Secret (shown once only)

## After human setup — AI agent can
